I wanted to try and play around with some old-school web structures, to I thought I'd try out Neocities out.
It's quite interesting to have a site like this with no specific purpose. A blank canvas that I can just fill out bit by bit with whatever random stuff I come across and find interesting or relevant at the moment. It's also fun that it sits a bit hidden on the internet. Like, its just here, and noone will probably see it. Or maybe they will. Are you a person that is reading this right now, perhaps?
Okay so like, one thing that I have seen others do on these personal sites is to just share content that they personally find interesting, like videos or podcasts or articles or whatever caught there attention that they think might be interesting for others. Or like - it doesnt even have to be interesting to others, its enough that it's just interesting to yourself, since its your site and you can whatever the hell you want with it (and because like noone will see this shit anyways). So I'll try doing that here to see how that feels! Here is a video I saw the other day that actually really got to me.
the only piece of content I will have now is this it's about ai superintelligence apocalypse and its pretty fucking wild. makes me think of accelleration and it will give me nightmares.
